Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Three Angels Seventh-day Adventist Churchservice bulletin manager (the “Service”), operated by Three Angels Seventh-day Adventist Church(“the church”, “we”, “us”). By signing in to or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service is an internal tool for planning worship services, scheduling volunteers, preparing the weekly bulletin and related church administration. It is provided for the church’s own ministry and is not a commercial product.

2. Accounts and access

• You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address, or with a supported Google or Microsoft account. There are no passwords.
• Signing in does not by itself grant access. Church administrators decide what each person may see and do, and may change or remove that access at any time.
• You are responsible for keeping your email account and any linked sign-in account secure, and for activity under your account. Tell a church administrator promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
• Do not share sign-in links, API keys or access with anyone else.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, or outside the purposes of the church;
• enter information about other people that you have no right to share, or that is false or offensive;
• upload material you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted images or text;
• attempt to access data or functions beyond the access you were given, or to disrupt, probe or overload the Service.

4. Content

Information you enter — schedules, announcements, prayer requests, images and the like — remains the church’s and yours. You grant the church permission to store, edit, print and publish it as part of its bulletins, schedules and communications.

Some features offer suggestions from third-party services, such as AI writing assistance, Bible verse lookup and artwork search. Suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete; review anything before it is printed or shared.

5. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Statement.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided by volunteers on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the church disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The church and its volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Ending access

You may stop using the Service at any time. The church may suspend or end your access at any time, for any reason, including a breach of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the church is located, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
